महाराष्ट्र सरकारने मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली महिलांच्या बचत गट आणि सहकारी संस्थांसाठी रोजगार निर्मितीचा नवा उपक्रम सुरू केला आहे. या योजनेअंतर्गत एका हेक्टर जमिनीचा पाच वर्षांसाठी भाडेपट्ट्यावर वापर दिला जाणार आहे. गवत आणि बांबू लागवडीसाठी निधीही उपलब्ध करून दिला जाणार असून, या माध्यमातून महिलांना वार्षिक उत्पन्नाची संधी निर्माण होणार आहे. शासकीय पडीत जमिनींचा योग्य वापर करून ग्रामीण भागातील महिलांना रोजगार देण्याचा सरकारचा प्रयत्न आहे.
